Frost Register collects limited information needed to operate a WordPress editorial website. This may include technical logs, security records, analytics information, cookie data, affiliate referral information and messages sent directly by readers.
Server and security logs may record information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring page, timestamp and technical events. These logs help diagnose errors, reduce spam, protect login areas, investigate abuse and keep the site available.

We use this information to understand which guides are useful, which pages need improvement and whether the site is functioning properly. Analytics reports are used at an editorial and operational level, not to provide personal advice about a reader鈥檚 household.

Retailers, affiliate networks, analytics providers and embedded services operate under their own privacy policies. Frost Register does not control how those third parties process information after you leave the site.
We do not sell reader emails. We do not ask readers to create accounts for normal article reading. We may retain limited records when needed for security, legal, operational or editorial integrity reasons.
Privacy, access or deletion requests can be sent to team@frostregister.com. Include enough detail to identify the relevant message or record. We may need to keep limited information when retention is required for security logs, abuse prevention, legal obligations or legitimate editorial records.
This policy may be updated when hosting, analytics, security tools, affiliate relationships or contact processes change.
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the site, such as hosting companies, security tools, email providers, analytics services, backup systems, image optimization tools and affiliate platforms. These providers may process data only as needed for their services and according to their own legal and contractual obligations.
We use reasonable operational safeguards for a small editorial website, including login protection, security monitoring and backups. No website can guarantee perfect security. If we become aware of a data issue that requires notice, we will evaluate the event and respond according to applicable requirements.
Readers can reduce some tracking by adjusting browser settings, blocking cookies or using privacy tools. Some analytics and affiliate reporting may still receive limited technical information when a page or external link is loaded. Frost Register does not use this information to make personal household recommendations.
Requests should be sent from the email address involved when possible. We may ask for additional information if needed to identify the record. We may decline or limit requests when we cannot verify the requester, when a record must be retained for security or legal reasons, or when the request concerns data controlled by a third-party site.
We may also keep non-personal editorial records, such as page-change notes, correction summaries and image-source notes. These records help maintain accuracy and do not normally identify a reader unless the reader supplied the information in a message.
